Message I knew most would feel the same if they were in the same shoes... I mean I tried to be nice with the guy and work something out, but I also layed it out. He took them, he had them worked on, they actually DID work on them, and they're now saying they're cracked and he can't do anything with them... wtf am I supposed to do with them.

But, you all are right, there are two sides to every story, and I would like to give him the opportunity to voice it, though I don't think he will, as he doesn't seem to post much at all...

And by the way, the guy is supposedly doing a rather larger build up... Turbos, injectors, FMIC, etc... supposedly he bought the intercooler from a guy in NoVA, or he was supposed to... so whoever you are, if he calls back sayings its busted (j/k, I'm in a much better mood having been working on a Z for the last few hours).

I'm sure he'll come on, saying he saw there were issues to begin with, my friend supposedly pointed them out in full detail (he noted a weld mark, not a flaw/issue/crack), and I'm sure he'll say I even said I'd give him a refund... but I didn't. I said in response to his "wanting to bring them by", and I quote, "sure, bring them over, I'll take some photos, and contact Kyle to see if anything could be done". No where in there did I SAY refund, alude to a refund, or even hint at a refund. I said I'd contact Kyle and see what could be done. Kyle said there wasn't much that could be done, as he'd had work done, but that he'd be nice and take the time to repair and reweld them free of charge if he paid to ship them to and fro.

Anyway, I'm not too worried about things, hopefully he's just all talk trying to scare me into giving his money back... but supposedly he's got some friends with a Shop or some shit, and that just sounds like ricers or speed junkies to me, and we all know how they can act when they're in large groups doing stupid things (remember that WRX vs Z06 video?? Over $500? Nuff said).

Anyway, I'll keep everyone in touch... supposedly I'm not supposed to call the guy as he stated so the last time I called him back after he hung up on me. So I'll leave it at that, and keep you all updated on what happens. Its a real shame it came to this... they were quality manifolds, and he got them for a steal... =( I wish he'd had a little more thought about having them reworked by another shop... I even told him square one they looked ported to the maximum amount... and to be very careful with them if he has anything done, because he mentioned he might have them cleaned up when he bought them.

Oh well... night people, thanks for the words of encouragement and your opinions, I appreciate them all! This forum is a great community... its a shame there are a few bad apples (I'm not speaking a noobs in general you noob haters, just a select few members, some aren't even noobs anymore). And to think, he was calling me a baby while he was throwing his hissy fit that I wouldn't take them back and give him his money back... grrrr... Man I was pissed of earlier.

Alright, I've got to get to bed... night all! Thx again!
